Easter is a bright and joyful Orthodox holiday, of which colored eggs are an integral part. Therefore, every housewife should be creative in decorating eggs in order to create her own little masterpieces.
The unusual design of eggs will surprise your family and guests and show that you are not only a good hostess, but also an original and creative person.
1. Dilute several colors of food paint as recommended in the instructions. Prepare pieces of lace about 10 * 15.
2. Boil eggs hard-boiled and cool. Wrap each egg in lace, secure the ends with a rubber band. Dip the egg into the paint, wait a few seconds (make sure the fabric is evenly soaked). Remove the egg and blot excess paint with a napkin. Leave the egg to dry on a paper towel. Do the same manipulations with all the eggs, dipping each in a different dye (you can use one color, but multi-colored lacy eggs look very beautiful).
3. When the paint is dry, you can remove the lace from the eggs.
Important! Use rubber gloves to avoid staining your hands.
1. On a piece of fabric, place the onion skins in 6 layers. Spread rice (or other cereals) on top in arbitrary places.
2. Wrap each egg in a piece of this cloth and tie with an elastic band. Cook for 25-30 minutes, periodically adding boiled water.
3. Remove eggs, cool, and then unwrap. Brush the eggs with shell oil.
Tip: For a brown, yellow, or golden hue, use a brown husk. The purple hulls will color the eggs purple and pink.
