Sewing parts on the sewing machine, sew one line 1 cm higher on the marked line, and the second line exactly along the line. A free edge will remain on top. Step 2
To cut the fin, cut the rest of the knitted stocking lengthwise. Cut out a fin from each half - 2 parts with a fold. Overcast the edges of both fin pieces and the hem of the skirt.
