Together with the baby, paint the windows with New Year's patterns, snowflakes, install and decorate the Christmas tree. With your own hands, make decorations, garlands, prepare small gifts for family and friends. On the eve of the holiday, bake the cookies your family loves. Together with the child, cut out figures and New Year's characters (Christmas trees, snowmen) from the dough using molds. Punch holes at the top of the figures, and when the cookies are ready and cool, thread the ribbons through them and invite the child to decorate the Christmas tree.

Have a masquerade. You can get by with the lighter version and prepare only carnival masks for family members. If you have enough time and energy, try to arrange a carnival that meets all the laws of the genre. Use your imagination and prepare yourself or buy real New Year's costumes from the store.
Step 3
Design and organize New Year's games for all family members. For example, play the Snowball game. Make a snowball out of cotton wool, or use a white tennis ball. Stand in a circle and pass this “snowball” to each other, saying: “We roll a snowball, like we roll it, we will sing! One, two, three, four, five! Who should sing the song ?! Color the Christmas heroes with colorful watercolors.

Don't forget the baby gifts waiting in the wings. As soon as he wakes up in the morning, the child will run to look under the tree. It is better for kids to prepare one big gift and several small ones (sweets, various little things). Don't give everything at once, stretch out the pleasure. In the morning under the tree - one main gift, after sleep or a walk - another, in the evening - the third. For an older child, draw a map with which you can find another gift, besides the one that lies under the tree. Arrange hiding places with tips and tasks in different places of the apartment. To find each next clue, you must complete a task. Their complexity will depend on the age of the baby.
