Step 1
When developing the "Best Teacher for Children" competition, it is necessary to form a working group. Educational self-government bodies have been created in each regional center. Active schoolchildren, together with representatives of the city commission for the best teacher, should develop a regulation on the organization and conduct of the competition. The Regulations clearly define: goals, requirements for participants, procedure and conditions for the Contest. The goal should have not only a competitive orientation, but also a popularization one - to draw public attention to the teaching profession.
Step 2
The Year of the Teacher will be unforgettable for schoolchildren if the “best future teachers” are identified among them. On school self-government days, pupils teach in place of their teachers. Each school must submit to the competition the best backup teachers, for whom, as the main task, they will be asked to teach a lesson in their favorite subject. The jury should include both professional teachers and representatives of school public organizations.
Step 3
For the manifestation of the creative talents of children in the "Year of the Teacher" contests of drawings and school essays are held. Drawing competition "My beloved teacher" among schoolchildren and "My future teacher" among pupils of preschool institutions. For essays, the following topics are offered: "Letter to the teacher", "Teacher through the eyes of a student", "My teacher", "Teacher of the future", "My day at school", "Reflections on the teaching profession". The best works are exhibited at the stands of the city and published in the media, helping to attract public attention to the teaching profession.
