Graduation is one of the most important events in life. Each person, growing up, repeatedly recalls their school, class, and the most discussed event at any meeting of alumni is, of course, their graduation party. Therefore, any person who is planning to hold a farewell party with the school for graduates must definitely approach the matter responsibly, with originality and make this event memorable.

Instructions

Step 1

Consider places for the formal and informal parts of the graduation. Official - the part when the presentation of diplomas and medals, certificates and ribbons "graduate", flowers and congratulations for teachers and parents. This part is best done in an area where formal events usually take place, somewhere where there are rows of chairs so that many people can be seated. And of course there must be a stage.

Step 2

Choose a place for the informal part of the graduation, in consultation with the alumni themselves. You may find one thing suitable, but they may find something completely different. Remember that this part is much more important for the graduates than the first, because the celebration takes place in an atmosphere "only for friends" - only the celebrants themselves, and sometimes their parents. So, a suitable place can be a cafe, restaurant or any other place where you can sit in a large company, just do not forget that this company is still underage.

Step 3

Think over a congratulation program for the official part. Each person should feel important this evening, because the teachers, the school administration, and, of course, the parents made a lot of effort so that this day finally came and the students finally left their desks, taking with them the baggage of knowledge. Therefore, let everyone be handed flowers and comic letters, and the presenter read out congratulatory speeches.

Step 4

Come up with a program for the unofficial part - it should be radically different from the program for the official part. During this part, the graduates need to be entertained with jokes, stories from school life, preferably their own, and have fun contests. Be sure to choose either your favorite class teacher or parallel, or just a very cheerful person as the leader.

Step 5

Don't forget about dancing! It is imperative to dance at the prom, so inviting a DJ, or at least just connecting a computer to the speakers, is the sacred duty of everyone who holds the prom. Again, do not forget to consult with alumni on the topic of music - for example, conduct a poll and stage at least one favorite dance song of each, and take up the rest of the time with hits from radio stations.
