Champagne is one of the most important attributes of any festive meal. On New Year's Eve, to the chimes, it is customary to raise a glass of this sparkling drink and make a wish. If you make a little effort and beautifully arrange a bottle of champagne, then it will become a real decoration of the New Year's table. In addition, a bottle of wine decorated with the help of scrap materials can be presented as a New Year's present to colleagues, friends and relatives.
Champagne bottle decoration with satin ribbons
Necessary materials:
- a skein of satin ribbon;
- a skein of brocade ribbon;
- lace fabric;
- glue;
- scissors;
- decorative beads and feathers.
Manufacturing:
First, we decorate the upper tier of the bottle. To do this, we wrap the base of the neck with a bright satin ribbon, measure the desired length and cut off the ribbon. We put a few drops of glue on the tape and glue it to the bottle as shown in the photo.
In a similar way, we glue another 3-4 rows of tapes. Try to work carefully so that no wrinkles form on the tapes, and the joints are on the same level. The next two layers are made from a shiny brocade ribbon.
Now let's move on to the design of the bottom of the bottle. At the very base of the glass container, glue the brocade tape so that the seam is at the back. Next, we cut the satin ribbon into 7-8 strips of equal length and glue them to the bottle with tension, applying one layer on top of the other. Cover the back seam with the same tape.
In the place where the upper part of the ribbon decor merges with the lower one, we glue a wide lace ribbon to match the composition in order to hide all the flaws. We stick a beautiful feather into it. In the center of the bottle we glue a decorative bow with beads or a flower made of fabric or corrugated paper.
Christmas tree made from a bottle of champagne and chocolates
Necessary materials:
- candies in shiny packaging;
- thick tinsel;
- hot glue gun;
- decorative bow and beads for decorating the Christmas tree.
Manufacturing:
First, we wrap a bottle of champagne with green tinsel. Tinsel should be wound in a spiral, moving from the neck to the base of the bottle. Glue the tinsel on hot glue. Now let's start decorating the resulting Christmas tree. To do this, grease each candy with glue, and then attach it to the bottle, slightly pushing the tinsel apart. The sweet present is ready, it remains only to glue the decorative bow to the top and decorate the tree with beads.
Christmas tree made from a bottle of champagne
Materials required:
- thick green corrugated paper;

Manufacturing:
Cut off two sheets of corrugated paper - one for the neck, the other for the rest of the bottle. Carefully wrap the container in paper, fixing the wrapper with transparent tape. Next, we wrap the bottle with a thin golden ribbon, carefully winding it in a spiral.
The last step is making the decor for the resulting Christmas tree. To do this, we create a beautiful composition from any available materials: New Year's toys, bells, painted cones, artificial flowers, beads, sweets in a bright wrapper, etc. The main thing is that the elements used in the decor are combined with the general color scheme of the craft. A bottle of champagne decorated in this way will be an excellent option for a New Year's gift to family and friends.
Champagne bottle decoration with sequins
Necessary materials:

- several packages of sequins;
- decorative elements.
Manufacturing:
Decorating with a scattering of sequins is a truly festive and at the same time quite simple idea for decorating a bottle of champagne. First, we soak the bottle in warm water to remove the factory decals. Then grease the bottle liberally with glue and roll the container in small sparkles until they cover the entire surface. As an additional decoration, you can use homemade labels and a decorative bow made of a beautiful ribbon.
Champagne bottle decor using decoupage technique
Necessary materials:
- napkins with a New Year's pattern;
- PVA glue;
- acrylic paints;
- acrylic transparent varnish;
- sandpaper;
- scissors;
- brush;
- sponge.
Manufacturing:
To begin with, we soak a bottle of champagne in warm water to remove all labels from the surface. We paint a clean container with white acrylic paint in several layers (the number of layers applied will depend on the opacity of the paint used). When the paint is dry, the surface of the bottle should be sanded so that it is perfectly flat.
The next step is to work with paper napkins. For New Year's decoupage of a bottle, you only need one layer of a napkin on which the drawing is shown. We cut out the New Year's motives we liked and think over the arrangement of the elements of the future composition. We apply drawings to the bottle and apply a layer of PVA glue on top. When gluing the napkin to the glass, it must be smoothed with a spatula so that no air bubbles remain under it. When the glue is dry, brush around the edges of the drawing with white acrylic paint to smooth out the lines. Next, cover the surface of the bottle with a double layer of special varnish.
Depending on the design idea, the spaces between the drawings can be covered with a scattering of sparkles or artificial snow. The neck of the bottle can be decorated with a decorative bow or wreath made of a bright ribbon, spruce branches and cones.
