It all depends on the age and interests of the company, as well as how creative you and your friends are.

Step 1
Scenario one. If you and your friends decide to go outdoors, bring some interesting outdoor games with you. They will always come in handy.
Step 2
Take rackets, balls, arrange sports competitions. Divide into two teams and play team games such as Crocodile or Mafia. Also recently, various board games have gained popularity.

Scenario two. Take a guitar with you and in the evening arrange songs around the fire. You can also host a theme party or carnival. To do this, call your friends in advance and ask them to collect a certain wardrobe. Stock up on wigs, make masks.
Step 5
You can arrange a dress-up parody contest. All the same tools at hand will come in handy here. Write tasks on pieces of paper and distribute to your friends. For example, to parody famous singers or actors so that others will guess. Whoever guesses first makes a parody next.
Step 6
Prepare small incentive prizes, they can even be funny. Come up with nominations, such as Miss Surprise or Mr. Clumsy.
