April 1 is the least serious holiday of the year. But this does not mean at all that you do not need to prepare for it. Arranging April Fool's Day for yourself and your colleagues at work is a whole art, because it is so easy to offend or even upset a person with a bad joke. Therefore, the choice of jokes must be approached wisely.
Instructions
Step 1
Try to involve as many people in your organization as possible in the celebration. For example, you can post an announcement in advance that on April Fool's Day there will be a competition for the most friendly and funniest department, whose employees will be able to play each other or their colleagues from other departments the most times.
Step 2
If in the organization where you work, the entrance is carried out strictly by passes, then on the eve or before the start of the working day, you can give the security guard a list of funny or tricky questions. And skip only those who figure out what to answer.
Step 3
Turning April 1 into a real holiday at the workplace will only work if there is a friendly atmosphere in the team. If the relationship between colleagues is strained or there is practically no contact with each other throughout the day, then, most likely, the idea of mass rallies will fail.
Step 4
Even if you can be sure that only one of your colleagues will adequately accept jokes, this is quite enough. Play it a few times. Perhaps it will cheer up the rest.
Step 5
Come to work much earlier than the appointed time so that no one has time to notice your prank. Glue one of your coworkers' stationery to the table with any clear glue. In the morning, reactions to such a joke are most interesting.
Step 6
Hide something off the desk of one of your coworkers. It is important that this is an item that a person will certainly need during the day. But don't overdo it: don't hide important documents or task lists. Observe the reaction and do not give yourself away, even if the colleague has already realized who is responsible for the loss.
Step 7
Surely you know the old joke about the "white back". Its essence lies in the fact that with genuine horror you inform someone dressed in dark clothes that his back is all stained with something white. Naturally, a person begins to nervously try to see his own back or immediately takes off his clothes, not thinking about how he looks from the outside. This prank can be very offensive. But not in the case of a joke on yourself! Come to work in a black jacket, stained from the back with white paint, chalk, etc. And to all the sympathetic remarks of colleagues, loudly and with feeling declare that you remember April Fool's Day and will not succumb to a bearded prank. Soon, you will surely make a lot of employees smile.
Step 8
It is important to remember that April 1st is not an official public holiday and, therefore, is not a day off. Any surprises prepared by you and your colleagues should not affect the quality of work. Especially if on this day many are loaded with orders from the chief.
