Preparing for the celebration of any important event in the life of a loved one, many seek to decorate the room in which the celebration is planned in order to show the loved one the importance of this day in their life. For all kinds of special dates, numbers made from balloons are perfect.
How to make numbers yourself
The first step is the fabrication of the frame. Thick wire or plastic pipes are suitable as material. It is important that you can make the basis for the desired figure. It is better to give preference to pipes, because the inscription made from them keeps its shape better.
Decide if the number will be on the floor, table, or you will hang it on the wall. In case the product needs to be placed on the floor, make a stand to which the frame can be attached. Bend the pipe or wire into the shape of the desired number and firmly attach to the stand with tape or in some other way.
Prepare balloons. You will need a fairly large number of them. The number can be made in one color, or it can be multi-colored, or combined of two colors. Pre-stretch the balloons slightly with your hands so that they do not burst during inflation. Inflate small balloons and tie them tightly with string. It is important that the balls are approximately the same size, otherwise the figure will turn out to be uneven and not very accurate.
Connect two balls together, tying them firmly to each other. Then combine two pairs at a time to form fours. You get blanks, which are then attached to the frame.
Starting at the very bottom of the frame, start attaching the prepared fours of balls to it. Very carefully wrap the blank of the number with balls, fixing them on the base of the plastic pipe. Wrap the sharp edges of the frame with tape so that they cannot damage the balloons. At the very ends of the figure, fasten the bundles of five balls to give the structure a finished, streamlined look. Don't worry if some of the balls don't lay flat. They can be attached with a small piece of double-sided tape.
Be sure to decorate the stand. This can be done not only by fastened fours, but also by separate balls. It would be best to highlight it with a different color. For example, green, depicting a clearing, or blue - the sea.
Balloon numbers
If the numbers from the balloons are very needed, but there is no time to make them, you can buy ready-made foil balloons in the form of the desired number. Inflate them with air or pump them with helium. Tie tightly with string and attach indoors. However, in this case, you will be limited in the choice of color and size, because most often, these balls are presented in two versions - 20 cm each and 86 cm in height.
