The benefits of the sauna have been known for a long time; it helps to improve health, relax after a hard day, and even lose weight. A visit to the sauna is not only a hygienic or wellness event, it is also just a pleasant experience. To get the most out of your sauna ordering experience, there are a few things to consider.
Instructions
Step 1
When choosing a sauna, please specify its geographic location. Give preference to the sauna that is convenient for you to get to. Remember that after the sauna you still have to get home somehow. If in a relaxed and steamed state you have to wander around the courtyards (especially in winter) or return to the car left a few blocks away, the positive emotions from visiting the sauna will be spoiled.
Step 2
Check the sauna opening times in advance. After spending paid hours in the sauna, you may want to extend the time. Check if someone else has booked after you. If you do not want the administrator to remind you that the establishment will close soon, order a sauna in such a way that you will have at least an hour in stock before closing or until the next clients.
Step 3
Before ordering a sauna, visit it in person. Anything can be said in the advertisement, and the administrator can be cunning, praising the sauna. Inspect the interior for comfort and cleanliness. If you are going to use the sauna with a company, make sure that you can easily fit in the relaxation room.
Step 4
Make sure the areas are thoroughly cleaned and the break room is heated. Check how quickly the steam room warms up, inform the administrator in advance what temperature you prefer. Inspect the pool, find out how often the water is changed in it. A large pool may look more attractive, but in a small pool it is easier to drain the water and draw fresh water.
Step 5
Find out if sheets and towels are provided in the sauna and if brooms are allowed in the steam room. Check if the sauna of your choice offers visitors drinks (tea, mineral water), if there is a bar and a buffet. It is better to take care of this in advance and, if necessary, bring everything you need with you.
Step 6
Check with the administrator for possible payment options, if necessary, leave a deposit. Cost is an important factor. It makes no sense to overpay for a sauna, in which there is nothing but a steam room. If you need additional conditions for recreation (billiards, karaoke), make sure that they are available and in good working order and that there is no separate fee for using them.
