The most important holiday for a person is not a state holiday: to celebrate it, you either have to wait for the weekend or ask for a day off. It's a birthday. Starting a new year of our own life, we re-live all past events, evaluate mistakes and make wishes for the future: what we want to fix, what to achieve, where to go. The original atmosphere will set a special mood for the holiday if you take care of the celebration in advance.

Step 1
Prepare a guest list. It doesn't have to be big, you don't have to invite all relatives up to the seventh generation, the whole department from work, or all the neighbors. Let it be the closest and dearest to you people whom you want to see.

Assess your financial situation. It is good if you can order a hall in a restaurant and live musicians with a show program, but with a small amount of money it is better not to wave.
Step 3
Choose a location. This could be your own apartment, the house of one of your friends, a restaurant, or a forest edge. Evaluate the technical capabilities of the room (or place): is there electricity, is it possible to make an open fire, how can guests be seated.
Step 4
As a show program, arrange either with professional artists or with friends from among the invited. Surely one of them is dancing, performing tricks, singing, playing.
Step 5
Treats and drinks can also become decorative elements. Order or make your own dishes in the form of different objects: flowers, ships, animals. This is especially true for confectionery.
Step 6
Make a list of contests that your guests will most likely want to participate in. It is advisable to choose them in such a way that everyone wins at least once. In team competitions, look for tasks in which the final result will be a draw. Distribute contests depending on the state and mood of the guests: put outdoor games at the beginning, when you still have the strength to run, and calm ones towards the end, when the guests are already tired and relaxed.
