Even if the management did not take care of their employees, they may well get together and throw a grandiose party.
Traders are very superstitious people, because success in the stock market depends a lot on luck and intuition. Experienced players have such a sign - if you pat an elk in the face on Trader's Day, then luck will accompany the whole year (the elk can be real or sculpted). Why Moose?
