There is always a reason for training camps, the main thing is to have what, with whom and where. Therefore, it is necessary to think about a free room in which this event will be organized. This issue is very acute, since not every student has his own apartment, where a large number of people can be brought. You can get together in a cafe, in a hostel (if the watchman permits), in nature, or in someone's apartment.

Now consider whether you will be dumping money and buying everything together, or if everyone brings a drink and a snack with them. The student party is not a dinner party, so you shouldn't prepare hot meals and salads. Here, snacks in the form of sandwiches, crackers, chips, sliced cheese and nuts are just the right thing to do. After all, a student party is not about stuffed bellies, but fun with friends and new acquaintances.

If you do decide to spend time with your fellow students in an apartment, then hardly everyone will get a chair. Therefore, you can lay a carpet on the floor and mark everyone on the floor. Set up a buffet table with drinks and snacks in the corner. It is not at all necessary to use glassware, it is much easier to purchase plastic cups and plates in advance, which can be thrown into the trash bin at the end of the party without regret (and the landlord will not have to wash the dishes until morning). Place ashtrays on the balcony or in the entrance (if neighbors allow smoking in the entrance).

To make the party memorable and fun, you should carefully approach the organizational part of the holiday. Come up with interesting contests, competitions and games. Do not forget about music (of course, until 11 pm, otherwise the neighbors can call the law enforcement officers and then the holiday will certainly be ruined), it should not irritate anyone.
