Most of us spent the best days of our youth in public school. It was at school that our first friends, first love appeared, at school we learned the first lessons about life. To ensure that the memories of school and the prom will never be erased from memory, it is enough to film the prom. However, filming is a serious camera work, which must be done according to the rules, otherwise watching this memorable and important event will turn into deep disappointment.
Instructions
Step 1
Be sure to stock up on a second camera battery and spare cassettes or Flash memory cards. Usually, the graduation ceremony lasts long enough if you are going to shoot not only the ceremonial part of the graduation ceremony.
Step 2
During the presentation of certificates, it is necessary to film each graduate: his announcement on the stage, passing, presentation, applause, congratulations. This is the main part of the prom.
Step 3
Shoot both stationary and on the move. For example, it is better to shoot a construction while standing still with a tripod. It is necessary to find a convenient point, past which all graduates will pass in a column. Do not turn off the camera until the last person has passed. You can walk through the rows with a camera on your own if the graduates are standing still. Feel free to move around, approach, rearrange the camera.
Step 4
The prom itself usually takes place at night. Therefore, it would be nice to have a backlight for the camera, and not built-in, but outdoor, professional. Bright lighting will make the picture clear, contrasting and will not miss a single detail.
Step 5
Dilute your movie with close-ups of students and teachers, as well as scenes in school corridors, in the school cafeteria, in the schoolyard. In the future, these moments can be played very well when editing a film.
Step 6
Shoot the dances of the graduates at the ball as if you yourself were dancing. Walk between the guys, grab their faces (you can shake the camera slightly), then step aside for a wide shot.
Step 7
It is recommended to film the sunrise in advance, preferably from the same point where the graduates will meet it. The camera is mounted on a tripod. Start shooting from the moment the first rays appear until the sun's disk is completely above the horizon.
