A man at heart always remains a little boy who rarely gives up the temptation to play "war" and shoot. Those who have to meet on February 23 in the office manage to diversify the gray workdays by collecting real "shooters" and "bullets" from the simplest office supplies. Such an office "weapon" is able to bring a male holiday atmosphere into the life of "white collars".
Idea number 1. Catapult
To create this type of office "weapon" you will need: pencils, a plastic spoon, rubber bands, clothespins and binders (this is how black or colored metal paper clips are called). Connect the two clothespins at the bottom and top with pencils, wrapping them with banknote rubber bands. Place this frame vertically. At the bottom of the resulting structure, attach two more clothespins, placing them horizontally - this will be the base of the catapult.
Attach a binder in the middle of the bottom crossbar. Tie a plastic spoon to it with an elastic band. The upper part of the spoon, where the "projectile" will fit, is attracted to the upper crossbar with the same rubber band. The catapult is ready. Place a thick wad of paper in the indentation of the spoon. Take the spoon down and back, and then release it abruptly. The projectile will whistle towards the enemy camp, sweeping away all obstacles in its path.
Idea number 2. Crossbow
Prepare the following stationery for this craft: four pencils, scotch tape, a fountain pen, and rubber bands for banknotes. Connect the pencils in pairs by screwing them together with rubber bands. Align the resulting parts with the letter "T" using rubber bands. Tape a plastic tube to the longitudinal part of the structure - the base of the fountain pen is suitable for this. Insert the rod from the handle inside the tube, it will become an arrow projectile. It remains to attach an elastic band to the ends of the crossbar: it will play the role of a bowstring. To shoot, you need to insert an arrow into the tube, rest the rear end of this projectile against the rubber band, pull it back and release it sharply. The rod will fly out, aiming at the goal.
Idea number 3. Colorful darts
These thrown weapons can be dangerous and therefore require careful handling. You will need colored feathering paper, wooden toothpicks (regular matches will work as well) and buttons that hold the sheets to the corkboard, and some tape. Put four toothpicks together, placing them side by side in pairs: you should have two pieces of wood on each of the four sides. Wrap tape around this compound shaft. To one end of such a structure, fasten the button for the cork board with the same narrow tape. Fold the square note paper to form a plumage of four triangular petals. Place the feathers between the four aligned toothpicks on the opposite side of the button. The result was an accessory in the form of a dart, a formidable weapon of an office Viking. It can be launched into a board, where announcements and notes are attached with buttons.
Idea number 4. Onion
The simplest homemade bow can be made with a pair of pencils and a rubber band for banknotes. Attach a rubber band to the ends of the base of the bow for the first pencil. Turn the second pencil into an arrow. To do this, you do not even need to sharpen it: it will be better if, instead of the point, the arrow is directed to the target with an eraser built into the pencil. Insert the arrow into the string, pull it and release it sharply. The arrow will fly in the selected direction.
Idea number 5. Rubber Shooter
Use a regular fountain pen or pencil, and a banknote eraser. Place the rubber band on the end of the pencil, taking it in your left hand and pointing it towards the live target. With your right hand, pull the rubber ring towards you and release. The rubber band will jump off the pencil and fly forward, giving a lot of pleasure to the observers. The advantage of such a weapon is that, with all the desire, it will not be able to inflict serious damage to the enemy's manpower. Therefore, such a "bullet" in the context of the celebration of the Defender of the Fatherland Day may well be used for shooting at leaders of various ranks.
Idea number 6. Linear sniper installation
Take a large stationery ruler in your left hand (it is better to use a plastic product, although a wooden ruler will also work). Hold the ruler by the bottom end and the top end with an eraser to erase pencil marks. Pull the top of the ruler with the eraser towards you and release. This makeshift catapult is capable of sending a rubber projectile several meters away.
