Towards twelve, make sure the champagne is ready, choose a TV channel on which you will listen to the chimes and, possibly, the president's speech. Don't forget to make a wish while the clock strikes twelve times. In the first minutes of the New Year, congratulate everyone present, and the chosen Santa Claus and Snow Maiden can give everyone gifts. When the New Year has come, and you don't want to watch TV shows, arrange contests. They should be simple and fun, buy prizes with the funds of the general holiday budget. As a competition, you can guess songs, films. The game of forfeits is also good, when each of the guests performs simple tasks.

On New Year's Eve, various predictions are good and appropriate. Write comic prophecies on pieces of paper, wrap them up, and invite your friends to draw out theirs. If desired, the prediction can be tied with a ribbon to a Christmas cookie or Christmas tree toy. Come up with good prophecies so that pleasant words remain in everyone's soul.
