Meeting of graduates … This joyful event does not happen often and does not gather everyone who once graduated from the walls of their favorite school or gymnasium. But in the soul of everyone who has attended such a holiday at least once, there remains an unquenchable light of love for his class for all the remaining years. Because a person for one day returns again to that wonderful carefree time. How to organize an alumni meeting so that it really becomes an evening of soul unity.
Instructions
Step 1
First, find the coordinates of everyone you studied with. This data can be either from teachers who keep in touch with alumni or live in the same city, or from other classmates. With the advent of various social networks, it becomes easy to notify everyone about the upcoming meeting, you just need to register.
Step 2
Think about the meeting place and determine the material costs for the evening. This amount should include flowers and gifts for teachers or an educational institution, renting a cafe or buying groceries if you are going to celebrate a holiday in nature. In addition, do not forget about cute souvenirs for everyone who comes - they will remind them of the past meeting for many years to come. And divide the amount by everyone who is definitely going to come - let them transfer it to your bank card.
Step 3
Do not forget about the theme of the evening, so that it does not happen that everyone is gathered in the same audience and does not know where to start. Maybe it will be a poem or a song that was once the anthem of the school - you decide, but the host-toastmaster should be present at the event. Otherwise, it will be confusion, and when everyone begins to remember old jokes and funny incidents, someone will be forgotten, and you will not learn anything about each other's life today. Solemnly give the floor to the teachers - let them remember how you were in grade 11. And hang funny wall newspapers with funny photos from the past.
Step 4
Decide what action will be central to your meeting. Perhaps you decide to start an alley and plant apple trees in the school garden. Or maybe you will play the comic game “What? Where? When?" - alumni versus teachers, or watch the best footage from the prom together. Alternatively, you can arrange an impromptu competition "Hello, we are looking for talents" and hand out pre-prepared leaflets with assignments (sing a ditty about school, tell a verse or invite the director to a slow dance). If you meet in a cafe, pick up fun games and contests, you can role-play a fairy tale. And be sure to meet the sunrise in the morning!
