Step 1
Instead of gifts that involve large financial costs, get creative. In the evening on the eve of the holiday, put a small present on the table for each employee. Step 2
If it is your custom to celebrate the holidays right in the office, prepare a table with light meals. Give preference to compact but hearty snacks - tartlets, canapes, cakes, fruits. Very often it is women who prepare the festive table, including on March 8th. However, men can make it much easier for them if they order ready-made snacks in advance at a nearby cafe.
Step 3
Prepare a small number. It can be a song, a dance, or a joint reading of poems of your own composition. In this case, one should not rely on a special talent or exceptional artistic ability: to see the male part of the team in an unusual role is already amusing and pleasant.

If your team consists only of women, do not leave yourself without congratulations and office celebrations. Create a script for the holiday, including games, contests, and toasts. But even a simple conversation on abstract topics and a break from work can also bring the team together.

Prepare a blank card for each woman with her name on it. Run the cards in a circle and ask each employee to write some nice epithets to describe the colleague whose name is written above. As a result, all women will receive a postcard full of beautiful words.

Instead of a traditional office feast, set up an alternative celebration aimed at having fun. For example, order a professional photo session within the walls of the company or invite manicurists who will massage your hands.
