In the spring you are tempted to soak up the first sun, in the summer such a celebration is the only salvation from the stuffiness of city apartments, in the fall you want to catch the last warm days. If you carefully think over a holiday on the street, it will become an unforgettable event, both for the hero of the occasion and for the guests.

Step 1
First of all, find out the weather forecast for the day when you plan to celebrate an important event for you. This will help you decide whether to celebrate outdoors at all, as a torrential downpour will ruin any celebration.

Decide on a venue. At the same time, consider whether it will be warm outside. So, on a hot day for your company, it is better to sit by the water, but on a cool evening on the river bank you can freeze.

Think about what food and drinks you will take with you, because if you decide to go out of town to celebrate, it will be difficult to buy something in addition. Make a list of what you plan to cook and, based on that list, buy the ingredients you need. Remember that it will be easier for you to prepare some of the food at home. For example, you can marinate a kebab before leaving, boil eggs for salad at home, wash vegetables and herbs. This will save you a lot of time.

If it's chilly outside, be sure to bring a thermos of tea or coffee with you. If you plan to drink alcohol at your party, you can prepare mulled wine with you.

Think about which games you will play with guests. Bring a volleyball, badminton, twister with you. If you are planning to relax on the shore of the reservoir, warn guests in advance to bring their bathing suits and towels. At the same time, do not forget about safety rules: it is better to swim before the start of the feast, and after the guests have drunk and ate, invite them to play active games.

Be sure to take a first aid kit with you, which will contain essential supplies. Also, do not forget to bring mosquito spray with you - these insects can seriously spoil your holiday.

Consider how you and your guests will return home. If during the day, when you walked to the place of celebration, it seemed to you that 40 minutes through the forest did not cause you any difficulties, then in the evening in the dark it will no longer seem like a pleasant walk to you. Be sure to stock up on flashlights or go out before dark.
