The reason for making invitation cards can be different. Wedding, corporate party, conference. Any event that requires the notification of a large number of people. Depending on what kind of event is planned, a layout of the invitation is made.
Instructions
Step 1
The most important thing in making an invitation card is to come up with a beautiful design. Try to make the picture on the card not only match the event, but also represent the inviting party. For example, if you are preparing a conference for business partners, be sure to include the company logo and contact information on the layout of the invitation. When a frequent party is organized - a wedding, birthday, christening, etc., a photo of the hosts of the holiday can be placed on the invitation. Or play up the initials of their names beautifully.
Step 2
Pictures for placement on the invitation must be of very good quality, at least 2500x2500 pixels. Otherwise, the image will be unclear when printed.
Step 3
Paper matters too. Do not choose too thin, otherwise the invitation will quickly wrinkle and lose its presentation. For vip-persons, order invitations on designer paper, with embossing elements or curly cutting.
Step 4
Invitations can be spread (folded in a book) or one-sided (like a regular postcard). The first option is more expensive, but such a ticket looks more representative and creates prestige for the event organizers. One-sided invitations are much easier to execute and, accordingly, cost less. If a mass event is being prepared with more than a thousand people present, they will be the best option.
Step 5
The invitation text must contain the following information:
1. Address to the guest - respected, name and patronymic of the invitee;
2. Title of the event;
3. Date, time, location;
4. Additional information - dress code, how many persons the ticket is for, etc.
All other additions are at the discretion of the organizers of the event.
Step 6
When the layout is drawn, the paper is selected, the text is prepared, send the order to the printing house. Be sure to wait for a test print to see what your finished invitation cards will look like. A small print run (up to 500 pieces) is usually printed in 2-3 days.
