Finely chop the eggs, tongue and cucumber into strips, grind the apple on a grater. Cut the potatoes into strips and fry in a skillet with sunflower oil, then dry and add to the salad. Stir the ingredients, place the dish in salad bowls and garnish with mayonnaise on top, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
The "Happy New Year" appetizer will delight you with the speed of preparation, and your guests with excellent taste and great appearance. To prepare it, you will need one carrot, two cloves of garlic, two large red bell peppers, 100 g of cheese, a bunch of herbs, lettuce, a pinch of salt and 3 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise. Grate carrots and cheese, stir. Add finely chopped herbs and mayonnaise, stir. Season with salt to taste. Wash the bell pepper, remove the stalk and remove the seeds. Stuff the peppers with the resulting filling and refrigerate for a couple of hours. Then cut the chilled peppers into slices. Place the lettuce leaves on a platter and place on top of the bell pepper rings.
The main dish for the festive table is traditionally meat. Use the original recipe for the second course called "New Year's Fantasy". Take 50 g of loin, 300 g of beef fillet, one red onion, two bay leaves, lettuce, salt to taste, vegetables for decoration.
Rinse and dry the meat. Peel the onion. Cut the loin into slices. Rub the beef with pepper and salt. Place the loin slices on top. Tie the meat connected to the loin with culinary string. Cut the onion into four parts. Place the meat in a special baking bag, put onion pieces on the sides, add 3-4 bay leaves to the bag. Bake the meat in the oven for 50 minutes at 180 ° C. Then carefully cut the bag, remove the meat, place it on a dish and cut into slices. Remove the culinary thread. Arrange the meat on a platter, garnish with lettuce and figuratively chopped vegetables.
Prepare a delicious, low-calorie and very beautiful dessert called "Strawberry Miracle" for the New Year's table. Take 200 g of fresh frozen strawberries, 25 g of gelatin, 200 ml of cream and 50 g of sugar. Defrost the berries, mix them with sugar and beat with a blender until smooth. Soak gelatin in cream for half an hour, then bring to a boil. Cool the gelatine cream and stir in the strawberry puree. Add sugar. Pour the resulting mixture into molds and place them in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Then put the resulting dessert on a platter and garnish with berries.
